How does Leadcaller work?

Leadcaller integrates easily on your website via a widget. When visitors come to your site they can instantly chat, book a callback or speak with an AI agent. All data is collected in our CRM system where you can follow up and manage your leads.

What is the callback feature?

How does the AI chat work?

Our AI chat is not a standard chatbot. It uses advanced GPT technology and has access to your company information via RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). The chat understands context, can answer complex questions and qualifies leads automatically.

What are Voice AI agents?

Voice AI agents are voice-based AI assistants that can handle incoming and outgoing calls 24/7. They can answer questions, book meetings, qualify leads and escalate to human staff when needed. Perfect for scaling customer service without hiring more people.

What is Ambient Agent?

Ambient Agent is our AI assistant that works in the background and automates repetitive tasks. It can document meetings, update CRM automatically, follow up on leads and send summaries. Frees up time for what really matters.

How does Leadcaller pricing work?

We tailor our pricing to your business's unique needs. The price is based on factors such as company size, which features you want, expected usage (number of calls/leads) and contract length. This means you never pay for features you do not use, and you get a solution tailored specifically for you.

What affects the price?

Four main factors affect the price: 1) Company size (number of users and concurrent sessions), 2) Features (callback, chat, Voice AI, Ambient Agent etc.), 3) Usage volume (number of calls, chat messages and leads per month), and 4) Contract length (longer agreements give better prices).

How do I find out what it costs for my business?

The easiest way is to book a free demo where we go through your needs. Based on that we put together a tailored quote within 24 hours. You can also request a quote directly via our pricing page.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We offer both monthly licences and annual agreements. Monthly licences have no lock-in and can be cancelled at any time. Annual agreements give a lower price and have a 12-month contract period. We discuss what suits you best during the demo.

Can I try Leadcaller before committing?

Absolutely! We always offer a free demo where we show how Leadcaller works with your specific needs. After the demo we can also set up a trial period so your team can test the system in your real environment.

Implementation & Integration

How long does it take to implement Leadcaller?

The basic installation takes just a few minutes — you add a single line of code to your website. For more advanced integration with CRM and customisations it usually takes 1-2 days. We have ready-made integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and many more.

Do I need technical knowledge to install Leadcaller?

No, the installation is straightforward and requires no technical knowledge. We give you a code snippet that you paste into your website. If you use WordPress, Shopify or similar platforms there are ready-made plugins. We are happy to help if needed.

What integrations are available?

We have ready-made integrations with all major CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics), email tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and many more. If you need an integration we do not have, we can build it via our API.

Can I customise the look of the widget?

Yes, everything is customisable! You can change colours, text, position, size and behaviour of the widget to match your brand. We have a visual editor where you see changes in real time.

Support & Security

What support do I get?

All customers have access to our support via email and chat during office hours (Mon-Fri 08-17). You can also use the 'Call me now' feature to get a direct call. We also have a comprehensive help centre with guides and videos.

Is Leadcaller GDPR compliant?

Yes, Leadcaller is fully GDPR compliant. All data is stored securely within the EU, and we have all necessary data processing agreements in place. You have full control over your customers' data and can export or delete information at any time.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored securely on AWS servers within the EU (primarily Stockholm and Frankfurt). We use encryption both for data in transit and at rest. We back up daily and have redundancy to ensure your data is always available.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export all your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON). This includes leads, call history, chat conversations and all other information. Your data is your data.
