Senior Fullstack Engineer / Lead Engineer

We're building the next generation communication platform – a product with real-time logic, smart automated flows, and a world-class onboarding experience! We're looking for a senior developer who wants to take on a key technical role, influence the architecture from day one, and build the core of a system that will scale globally.

This is the role for you if you want to get in early, take real responsibility, and work in a small, fast-moving, and extremely competent team.

About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer/Lead Engineer, you'll be building the foundation of our platform. You'll work closely with our CTO and founder, responsible for developing core real-time features, backend flows, integrations, and installation/onboarding logic.

Experience We're Looking For
  • 5–8 years of professional software development experience
  • Senior backend experience in Node.js or Python (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience with event-driven systems, webhooks, and real-time logic
  • Functional experience with React or Vue
  • Experience with API integrations and complex system architecture
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
Skills
  • Building scalable backend systems with high stability
  • Designing and implementing APIs and integration flows
  • Understanding script injection, widget architecture, and client-side technology
  • Delivering features independently from idea to production
  • Working quickly and with quality in a small product team
Who You Are
  • Independent and takes ownership
  • Systems thinker, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Confident in technical decisions and used to working in fast-paced environments
  • Used to working close to the product and solving problems pragmatically
Not for you if:
  • You only do frontend
  • You've only built simple CRUD applications
  • You lack experience with event-driven systems or integrations
  • You need detailed specifications to deliver
