The story began with a phone queue.
Jonas Wenzel was stuck in a queue yet again and asked a simple question: "Why doesn't the company call me back instead?" A visitor to a website who is ready to talk now, and is met by a form, a queue or a promise that someone will be in touch, has the same question.
Leadcaller is a Swedish SaaS startup that develops AI-powered tools for real-time customer communication. The platform helps companies capture leads, automate customer service and increase conversion.
With products such as the callback widget, AI chat and AI receptionist, Leadcaller helps more than 600 companies never miss a lead again.
