Visitors choose
how they reach you.
The widget is the icon in the bottom corner of your site. It opens four ways to reach you: call me now, call me later, chat and message.

Four ways to reach you.
You choose which are on.
Each one is switched on separately, and they share the same queue, staff and statistics.
The visitor leaves their number and is put through to whoever on your team is free right then.
- The visitor types their number and presses the button.
- The widget rings whoever on your team is free.
- You're connected, and the details land in your inbox.
For anyone who can't talk right now. The widget shows your free slots and the visitor books one.
- The visitor picks a day and time.
- They leave their number in the same step.
- The widget calls when the time comes.
The chat answers from the sources you've marked as the truth, and hands over to a person when the answer isn't there.
- The visitor asks a question in the widget.
- The chat answers from your knowledge base, with a source.
- If there's no answer, it offers a call instead.
When you're closed, the widget takes a message instead of showing a queue.
- The visitor leaves their number and enquiry.
- You're notified by email and SMS straight away.
- The callback is booked in the next free slot.
When you can't answer.
CallGuard is there.
CallGuard takes the call, asks what the visitor needs help with and saves the enquiry. When you're available again, there's a summary ready to follow up.

“Hi! Nobody can answer right now, but I'm happy to help. What's it about?”
The visitor wants help with a quote and would like to be contacted.

The script recognises you by your domain, so the same line works on all your sites. On WordPress there's a ready-made plugin.

Everything included, no add-ons.
Everything below is changed in the admin panel and takes effect immediately. The widget code never changes.

After every call: contact details, summary, transcript and recording.

The widget can follow the visitor's language, or be locked to yours.
Opening hours and availability
The widget switches mode when nobody is free, instead of showing a queue.
Staff and team routing
The call goes to whoever is free, per team or per page.
Pages and categories
Different pages can hand over to different teams with different enquiry types.
Your own telephony provider
Route calls through your existing provider and show your own number.

What usually decides it.
Two ways out of the widget
Zapier
Every lead is sent to a webhook. From there it goes on to whatever you already use. Most of our customers connect HubSpot that way.
Google Tag Manager
The widget pushes events to the dataLayer, so you can measure and track conversions as usual.
Custom integrations are built against the API.
Seven things we're asked every week.
No. The script line stays the same throughout. Modes, opening hours, routing and the knowledge base are changed in the admin panel and take effect immediately.
CallGuard takes the call if it's switched on. Otherwise the widget switches to message mode and takes the enquiry, instead of showing a queue.
Yes. Calls can be routed through your existing provider, and the number the visitor sees is your own.
The script loads as module defer, after the page's own content. It never blocks rendering and sets no cookies before consent.
Nine. The knowledge base can be in one language and the answer in another, and the widget can follow the visitor's language or be locked to yours.
A chatbot answers in writing and stops there. The widget has chat as one of four modes, and can move the same visitor to a call when the question can't be settled in writing.
A form leaves the visitor waiting. The widget calls back within 45 seconds, or takes a message with a time when you're closed.
