Integrations

Connect Leadcaller to your other systems.

Leadcaller is built to fit into your existing toolbox. Leads from the widget can be forwarded to your CRM or your own services in real time.

Overview

  • Zapier: one webhook per widget that forwards leads, for example to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
  • Google Tag Manager: install the widget and measure its events without code.
  • Calendly: the visitor books a meeting in your Calendly directly in the chat.
  • API: build your own flows, see the API reference.

Zapier

Create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook and paste the address into the widget's settings under Launch → Tracking. Each widget has its own address, and nothing is sent until an address has been saved. From there you let Zapier forward leads to your CRM. This is how most people connect HubSpot.

We send a POST with JSON when any of the following happens:

  • widget_callback: a visitor books a callback. Fields: domain, sessionId, phone, callNow, scheduledDate, scheduledTime, mainCategory, subCategory, attribution.
  • widget_message: a visitor sends a message. Fields: domain, sessionId, email, phone, message, url, mainCategory, subCategory, attribution.
  • widget_chat_started: a visitor leaves a phone number or email address in the chat. Fields: domain, sessionId, messages, mainCategory, url, conversationType, attribution.
  • widget_call_outcome: the callback has been made. Fields: domain, callSessionId, sessionId, phone, reached, callStatus, durationSeconds, mainCategory, subCategory, staff. The same call can arrive more than once, so deduplicate on callSessionId.

A simplified example:

POST https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/…
Content-Type: application/json

{
  "event": "widget_callback",
  "timestamp": "2026-06-03T09:24:00.000Z",
  "data": {
    "domain": "exempel.se",
    "sessionId": "abc123",
    "phone": "+46701234567",
    "callNow": true
  }
}

Google Tag Manager

The widget can be installed through a Custom HTML tag in Google Tag Manager instead of directly in the code. The usual one-line code does not work in GTM, so use the GTM code under Getting started.

Calendly

The chat can show your Calendly booking page inside the chat window. The visitor picks a free time and books in your Calendly without leaving the site.

It is set up per widget as an action of the type Calendly in the chat settings, with the link to your meeting type. The link must start with https://calendly.com/, for example https://calendly.com/your-team/demo. Send the link to us and we will add it for you.

A Calendly account can also be connected under Settings → Integrations, which is only visible to administrators. The connection fetches your meeting types and is used by the voice agent, which checks available times and creates a booking link for the caller. The chat does not need the connection.

This is not supported:

  • The chat does not book on behalf of the visitor. The visitor makes the booking in Calendly's own view.
  • Bookings made in Calendly are not fetched back into Leadcaller.
  • The voice agent does not book the meeting itself. The caller confirms via the link.
