It started with
a phone queue.
Jonas Wenzel was stuck in a phone queue yet again, wondering why the company couldn't just call him back. The same goes for a website. A visitor who is ready to talk is ready now, not in two days. Yet the standard answer on most sites is a form, a queue or a promise that someone will be in touch.
In 2019 Jonas started Leadcaller and built the reverse: a field that takes the visitor's number and calls back within 45 seconds, connected to whoever on the team is free. Then came chat, messages and the AI that takes the call when nobody can.
We are a small team in Tollered, outside Gothenburg. The product is built by the same people who pick up when you call.
Four things we choose when it's a close call.
Speed
45 seconds from interest to call. Every second counts when someone wants to talk.
Customer focus
We build what customers actually ask for, not what we think they need.
Innovation
From callback to AI that takes the call. We build the next step before we need it.
Transparency
Open communication and data you own. No surprises in the contract.
Seven people.
The product is built by the same people who pick up when you call. The person who runs the demo, the person who answers in the chat and the person who built the widget sit in the same room in Tollered.
